Getting Help

If you need help with your technology:
  1. Try to fix it yourself!  Remember there isn't anything (almost) you can do that IT can't fix. Don't be afraid to try things.
  2. Ask a Power User. Power Users are teachers who have agreed to help other teachers and academic staff with basic technology issues. 
  3. Create a SchoolDude ticket.  A SchoolDude ticket is required for an issue that requires a technician to visit your location or take your equipment for repair.  Please use the directions for Work Request above.
  4. Email us. If you have a quick question or want to discuss your request, email us at

Important: Work requests for both IT and Maintenance can be made here. There are separate tabs for IT and Maintenance requests.

Please submit one work request for each issue.  Work requests (SchoolDudes) should be used to request jobs at the sites.
Email should be used to ask questions or for remote support (accounts, passwords, etc.).
